I am really in need of photo therapy these days. While we still are dreaming about hiking in Jotunheim, Rocky Mountains or Dolomites, and doing some rafting and canoeing in Cesky Krumlov at Vltava River tomorrow, here is an excellent photo that can be used in photo therapy session. This is namely how clouds climbing would look like in future:

PS: We’ve moved to Prague, and you’ll find us in Praha 6.

While we’re still waiting for good weather in The Home of the Giants to come, I decided today to keep my brain active and ready for my next hiking by reading best hikes and best hikings regions in the world. When I saw the photo that you’ll find at the bottom of this post, I thought first that someone did great job in Photoshop and made just one more beautiful photo using an almost alien landscape as the background. But after surfing the net for some time I found out that this photo was actually taken in the Dolomites.

I really wouldn’t mind to spend my next holiday in the Dolomites. In case you want to spend your holiday in the Dolomites (”to holimite”), here is a  great homepage made by Dan & Janine Patitucci who offer Dolomite hiking and biking tours.

Canada has The Group of Seven, and Bergen has The Seven Mountain Hike. We summited only six of seven mountains: Ulriken, Fløien, Rundemannen, Sandviksfjell, Lyderhorn and Damsgård Mountain. We didn’t summit the last one in this group, namely  Løvstakken because the directional signs on these trails are really bad and difficult to find. For someone who is doing this hike for the first time in his life and on his own, it means several hours with extra kilometers. Here are some photos:

We are in Bergen and still waiting for good weather to do a hike called The Journey of The Seven Mountains in Bergen. Last week we went to Lysøen and Stavanger. We summited both Preacher’s Pulpit and Kjerag. Here are some pictures:
